Thanks to 13bodies & hiphooker's suggestions, I was able to crochet this donut pincushion without a pattern. I can't wait to make more..........

I think I followed Hiphooker's suggestions the most and the drips in the icing were a couple of dc in same sc. I used sc to make the donut & icing. I haven't had the time to try making any more ...... .... please let us see your version when you're done.
