Are you able to buy it online, even if it isn't ebay? I don't think any free patterns of Eeyore exist, due to copyright issues.

If you don't mind buying it on line, try this site.

She has quite a few Pooh patterns which include all the friends. I just bought from here and it only took 6 days. Service and shipping was quite good.

Ok, so I bought both versions of the pattern book: thread and yarn. They are identical. The only difference is the size of the hook and thickness of the stuff you are crocheting. Haven't tried them yet, but gave my daughter one of the books...since they were the same.:blush

I made Pooh in both yarn and thread from the Disney pattern books. For some reason I liked the results of the thread much better. The thread Pooh has also held up with use better than the yarn, another surprise.

Thanks everyone for your replies and advice, I was hoping to find a site that is Canadian, I will try Michaels here in Canada again, I haven't been able to find it to date, but maybe they can order it from the States for me.

Eeyore is my favorite!I did all the characters in yarn and they turned out great. They sit on the bed in my spare room.
Good Luck to you.
I want to make them in thread next. Could you tell me what size hook it says to use when making with thread? Thanks.

Beulah, if you do get them to order a book, you might ask for the LA3302 (thread version), since I see it also includes patterns for Pooh's honeypot, Eeyore's butterfly, Tigger's dragonfly and Piglet's flower.

I don't know if the patterns in both books are exactly the same because I have not compared them line for line. The thread patterns use a size 9 steel hook, 1.40mm, except for Pooh's shirt, Eeyore's eyes and Piglet's eyes where a size 10 steel hook, 1.30mm, is used.

Mary Maxim has a Canadian site and they sell the book. I have done Pooh and Piglet out of it, and they work up really nicely.

THanks for the hook sizes. THey are probably very close in patterns.
