Have any of you seen the following (in your travels of all the different crochet-pattern-for-sale sites on the web, ebay included):

:checkShrug Pattern, DESIGNED and MADE in #10 Bedspread Weight Cotton
:check$5 range
:checkCute, Form Fitting, Trendy Design, perferably one that ties in front

Thank you. I want to make my first shrug and I really don't care if they might "go out of style". I love them, therefore I will wear them. :)

Yes, I know shrugs can be made by picking a stitch, making a rectangle, etc, etc, but I'd rather not do it that way. I'd like something a tad more fitted, and I'm having trouble picking a nice stitch. Besides, if I like a pattern enough to buy it, I'd love to support a crochet designer.

Thanks!

Ps. Please, I know about all the free patterns (trust me, I do!) and I'm not ready to modify them to match my specifications, so I don't need suggestions about those. Thanks again!

Hmmm...perhaps I could get the leaflet on ebay then? Paypal is my only payment option.

The third one down on this page, right?

I didn't know it was made out of thread.

Thank you for pointing it out. Any others that anybody else knows of, especially patterns for a single shrug delivered by email via the internet?

You could also use Mrs. Who's Fluffy Pink Schematic (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6750) to make a shrug out of thread or use your favorite doily pattern and join them together into an oblong piece that will fit wrist to wrist. Sew up both ends for sleeves and you have a shrug.

Have you checked out www.dianelangan.com (http://www.dianelangan.com)? She has a ton of shrugs on her site, I'm not sure if any of them are thread, though. Good Luck!
