Bernat Frenzy at the Dollar Tree! 3/24

I found Bernat Frenzy at the Dollar Tree! I bought a whole bunch and plan on getting more. I'm in NC. They had Ultra Violet, Loonie Lilac and Outrageous Orange. They're from the same dye lot, too. Run to your nearest Dollar Tree!

Lucky you. I'm in Pennsyvania and my local Dollar Tree has never had yarn.

One of the dollar stores by me (think it was the dollar tree) had a couple of small skeins of yarn but not a brand I had ever heard of. But for $2 (only had two skeins) I picked them up. I'm going to have to check out that one again, passed by it the other day but didn't go in. Thanks for the heads up. Sometimes you never know what you find. One of the discount stores once had Leisure Art leaflets at 3 for a $1, mostly crochet. I picked up as many as there were that I didn't have and noticed that some of them were ones I had already had and bought with 40% coupons at Michaels way before that.

I went to another Dollar Tree close by and found the Blue Berserk color. An employee told me that they would be getting new colors in their next shipment. I'll be back there Tuesday!

:clap :clap I went to the 1 Dollar Tree today and they had the yarn...I bought all that they had 68 skeins.....They only had 2 colors ...

I think i just might have to hit another :D

Just came back from another one and they didn't have any Bernat yarn at all but they did have some no name brand eyelash yarn So i picked up a few of those...

This yarn is also on clearance at Michael's for $2 a skein. What is everyone making with it? I kinda tried of the fun fur, fuzzy stuff anyway:)

I went to my local Dollar Tree today and they had quite a few skeins of Bernat Frenzy. I picked up some of the nicer colors. Then I spoke to the manager and told him that Dollar Tree and the yarn were mentioned on the message boards online. He said he can't order any more of it. Then I went over to AC Moore and spoke to the girl that I know that works there and asked her if they carried Frenzy. They don't anymore and she said it is a discontinued yarn. So if you see it and you like it, grab it, because it may not be there again.

Have fun with it. Still have no idea what I am going to use it for.

Thank you for letting us know! :) My dollar tree (bloomingdale, IL) had about 4 colors and full bins of this yarn. :clap I bought a bunch, think I'll make a fun shawl.

I have also found it at Big Lots (West Coast) My mom goes all the time and calls me when they have yarns.

I ran out to my Dollar Tree (in San Jose, CA) where they didn't have Bernat but they did have Patons Evita (50g) in the color Andes, which is the variegated black/gray/white. I bought ten skeins to save some for everyone else because I TRULY DO NOT HAVE ROOM FOR ANY MORE NOVELTY YARN (why can't I get pound cones of Sugar N Cream at the dollar store; that's what I wanna know) but with the slightest prompting, I will run right back and buy all of it.

And hey! Miss USA, if you're reading this??? I see you're my neighbor in Campbell. (Finally, someone else from South Bay.) This was at the Dollar Tree at 87 and Almaden Expressway; the huge one near you on Campbell at San Tomas might or might not have it as well.

I was back at my Dollar Tree today and now they added VooDoo, I believe by Paton. I passed on that since I looked at it and the fringe part is only a couple of inches, then it is a "bare" (for lack of a better word) stretch, then a couple of inches of fringe part again and then "bare" and so on. So I wasn't sure how it would look worked up into anything. Has anyonoe ever used this yarn? I am assuming it may also be discontinued so it may not be there again. It was only in two colors anyway, offwhite and brown. Just curious. And yes, I did pick up some more Frenzy, this time in the color I wasn't sure about the other day as well as a few more of the other ones.

This week I found Patons Voodoo in a light blue and a tan. I bought what was left of the lilac in Frenzy. I hope they keep getting the discontinued yarns!

Glad I read this post again LOL cuz......... I wasnt sure where to post what I found today at.............. the Dollar Tree........ One POUND cone of Lily Sugar n Cream. Amazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing huh??? It is white but I dont care!! Even has a Hobby Lobby $6.97 tag on it. It wasnt even with the fur yarn, I just happened to see it and man, I looked all over the place for more.......... LOL. I saw the fur stuff but not sure what I would make with it cuz now I live in TX and dont need hats etc., maybe just do trim on purses?

I just went to Big Lots today 4/6 and got some Caron Feathers (lots of colors) for 1.99, so I picked up 5 skeins!
