Looks like maybe just some shells and maybe made in Senso??? I love it!!!

It looks like a pattern stitch I just did a purse with. I will take a picture tonight. It looks like sc in 3rd dc of previous row sh, 5dc in sc, repeat for the main part. Hope that helps. It is very nice, I saved the picture and may have a go at replicating it one day.
