View Full Version : Original afghan square cause I got bored

Ok, I have been making little flower squares so long I am ready to tear out my hair in boredom. That is also an original design and I will post pics when it is finally done, but for now the picture below is cause I just had to do something else for just a little while or I would have been screaming through the halls! It's totally original that I made up. I would love to share the pattern, but I don't know how to write it all out. :( Instead, the big full sized picture can be found here:

That's the reason I almost NEVER make afghans! I just get so bored if I can't finish a project in a reasonable amount of time. Your square is very pretty. Maybe you can work on something else for a while...

That's a lovely square! :clap

And when I started writing patterns, I just sat there with my yarn, my hook, and a paper and pencil, and wrote down every stitch I took. There are plenty of nice ladies on here who would love to share tips on how to get started writing down your patterns. :)

I hope you or someone else can get this pattern down. It's a shame not to share that! I bet it would make a gorgeous sunflower-ghan too :)
