Shrug pattern needed!

My sister just bought this: http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/product.do?cid=5444&pid=385534 from Old Navy for herself and I love it! However I really don't want to spend $24.50 for one. Does anyone have a similiar pattern?
If you look at "more views" below the picture you can see how it's worn. It goes right below the boobs!

Yes, I know it's knitted :) I just wanted something similiar in crochet. I don't know how to knit but I would like to learn soon so I'd appreciate the link you have for the knitted pattern you have!

Hellen, thank you for that link! I was sent the link about a week ago by a friend in India, but it is going to take me a very long time to get through everything there. But I spotted a pattern in the pages associated with the link you posted that would make a lovely round (the shape I am obsessed with lately) baby blanket if I just leave out the arm slits.
