Melissa's Genevieve Sweater, tested.

I'll have to bug my husband to help me get some in-situ pics, but I was so pleased I thought I'd just go ahead and post this now.

Just in time for 100 degree summers, I finally finished up Melissa's Genevieve sweater! It's made with Lion Brand WoolEase in Green Heather; there are more details on my blog (http://knit-errant.blogspot.com).

Great pattern, Melissa! I love the sweater -- thanks for letting me test it. :D

I made a brooch to go with it too. It's a little tree (duh!) made with silver wire and jade chips. The wire work is intentionally messy; I wanted to try to give the impression of gnarled tree bark.

I just didnt do the sleeve edges..going to custom size them. I like the unique stitch pattern of this sweater.
