I finally finished this about a month and a half ago (having started it in October or something). It was just in time for summer!
The pattern is here:

And it was a great pattern to work with, though I had some troubles of my own - I kept dropping stitches, even though I counted every row, so my tank got smaller and smaller. And I was too stubborn to rip it out. So it's a rather snug fit. (ah, well, my fiance likes it at least)
And I LOVE the Paton's Katrina yarn - so soft and stretchy!!
