I'm still buttonless

Every program I have to edit photos (to make a button) will not let me save the button i make as anything but a funky file name (not jpeg nor gif) Would anyone be willing to make me one? I'd like it to be crochet themed of course and either say mommiechickie or incoherent mumblings (i realize that the 2nd is a large wording for a button LOL) but i'm currently buttonless (pouts)<img border=0 src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif" />
