Cute Summer top for my niece

My niece is going to be 7 in a couple of weeks (so I need something I can make fairly quick too), but she wears a size 14/16 in tops. Does anyone know of any cute summer top patterns for that size? Something that is of today's fashion. Free patterns are great, but I am also willing to pay maybe $5-10 for a good pattern for this too.
