It stands for Random Acts Of Kindness. If you look at the Wishing Well on the Forum menu, people post their wish lists. If you can grant an item from their wish list, you can send it to them. It's great to make other people's day and wonderful to come home to little surprises. RAOK is just a great philosophy for daily life too.:)
