......so being new to the forum i was just looking around and found the thread on "freeform crocheting" and had an epiphany. i have a habit (or some would say adhd) of buying yarns i love and patterns i just have to have then start them, get bored or distracted (usually by a new pattern) and never finish anything. they then get stashed away and are now piling up to unfortunately form "the great fiber mountian" in my craft room. so i think this just might be the answer for me. i can do little parts of all kinds of patterns with all differnt kinds of yarns!
the projects i saw here were so beautiful and very inspiring! i can't wait to get scrumbling. keep and eye out, i may have some freeform pics to post soon!:clap

What a wonderful idea for those UFO's! Between freeform and crochet graffitti looks like the problem has solved itself!
