I've never heard of it. After looking on the net, I found this quilt. Is it similar to this?

If so, that should be easy enough to recreate by using small grannies.

Here's one that you put all nine together to make one square. You don't have to do it that. Make the mini squares and then follow the quilt design (or your own) to put them together.
