doll puppet

I am looking for a pattern for a doll that is hooked to a blanket, has a plastic face and hands, and you stick your fingers in the the head, arms and legs and make it all move. I saw one at a craft show this past weekend and when I went back to buy one they were sold out. I would like to make them for my nieces and have been all over the internet looking for a pattern with no luck at all. Hope someone can help me out.
