If I make this again I'd make medium instead of large. I also added a couple of extra rows to the body so it wouldn't be so short. The straps were way to long, so I just removed a few. I'm not sure I'd ever wear it outside :blush Also after I took the pictures I added a little in the neckline.

Very nice work! Looks beautiful on you! That is out of Crochet! magazine isn't it? I am working on the brown tank with the gold ring in the center right now. I am planning on making this one also, but I think that I will turn it into a tank instead because I am not too hot on wearing halter tops.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. My husband said he wouldn't be too embarassed if I wore it outside with him, so maybe I will wear it in public :hook .

The pattern is from the July issue of Crochet!. It was pretty easy.
The only problem I found was that I measured myself and checked my gauge and it turned out a little too big. I usually wear a 12/14. I would make the medium next time. I want to make the one with the ring too, you'll have to tell me how yours turns out.

Its lovely, and it isnt too revealing, its so cool to wear outside during summer, and I think its perfect to wear with a shrug when it gets cold.:cheer
