Waffle Weave..not sure where to ask

A while back I had purchased the "Learn to Waffle Weave" from Annie's. Well, due to unfortunate circumstances, this pamplet was destroyed and I didn't even have a chance to sit with it and learn the stitch and funds are bad. Does anyone know where I can find out how to do it on-line for free as I cannot afford to get another pamplet?

This is the pattern for the waffle weave stitch, it's just done in two colors.
