Absolutely hysterical and how true it is!!! We can find anywhere to hide our yarn from prying eyes!! I think I liked the humongous (sp?) box of sanitary napkins the best.

This is hilarious! At the risk of sounding treasonous, I forwarded it my husband (so far he's only patiently amused by my stash).
One of my tricks--well, not sneaky enough to be a trick--is to use our empty wine rack for pretty skeins. We had to stop drinking wine because of Tim's migraines, so I filled the rack up with purple, green, and "project of the moment" skeins and left it right where it was. It looks cute, and they are easy access for me! I will post a picture of it next week.

:rofl I love that article! Can always use a good laugh. I have most of my yarn hidden in my bedroom behind a big chair. The stash my husband knows about is in the den :)
He thinks that is all :clap
Of course each week I bring home a few skeins I get from the hat club to crochet hats for charity. So he really doesn't know which I bought and which I did not. :)

Too funny! I had to share it with my aunt (a knitter). I guess I'm lucky to be single, since I don't have to hide my stash!

I have no need to stash. THough I feel sorry for those who do.
I have a problem with storage. As a college student who lives were she learns, the problem comes in
1) not enough room in either place i live for all my yarn, right now it sits in the middle of the floor in a poor beaten up box taking up the walking space
2) i need something that moves easy.

Why not get one of those rubber maid containers that is on wheels.. Than you could use the top of it as a table..

Great idea! I have been thinking about trying to get something that would double as a seat, but a table is a good idea too..:cheer
