You should check out the latest issue of Knit.1
They have a few crochet patterns in it and are giving crochet some awesome props.
Plus it's really cool and is inspiring.

Honestly I don't no why they call it Knit1 half the projects if not most in this current issue are crochet. I had to snatch it up some really cool stuff in it:thumbsup I encourage anyone who likes wearables get it.

i picked up my copy last night.. i am going to convert several of the knit patterns to crochet.. ilove the fact they have the dimensions of the pieces and what they should look like all laid out.. makes it super easy to try to make the conversion

I second that, Elizabeth! Thank goodness for those dimensions. I have my yarn all picked out for pattern #3. That is the first one I'm gonna try. It's pretty much rectangles (which would be hard to screw up, knock wood:lol ). If it turns out, I'll share, if not you'll never hear about it again...:no

I loved the new copy of Knit.1! The first one's cover didn't look good to me, and I never saw it in a store, so I didn't get to look through it and make a final decision. I really like the crocheted dress, but I"m not big on puffy sleeves, so I'll probably change it so I can have spaghetti straps.
