Hi, Has anyone seen crochet patterns for anything Cars? Especially 'Mater? My son loves the movie and I would love to make something for him. It doesn't matter if it is free or to buy.

Hi , I stumbled across this thread while searching for a pattern for a Coupee car "something" . I am not good with graphs .Although , I just had a thought . How good would a quillow/pillowghan look with one of these charactors on the pillow pocket?:yes I was hoping to find a 3D style pillow / stuffed toy type thing maybe though . But so far no luck . I will keep looking and post if I find anything .

Hi there ,
After much searching and rethinking I have risen to the challenge and I AM going to attempt a quillow/pillowghan for my nearly 3yo grandson for his birthday just after chrissy . I have just graphed (thanks empress for the idea and link)that picture from ebay , (thanks birdlady1 for the link) , and I am gunna give it a go . Any hints as to following a graph ?I thought I would just use double crochet , I am an Aussie so I think that converts to single crochet for our American members , for the pocket with the design on and a heap of contrasting granny squares for the blanket part . Sounds like a plan , better finish the blankets I am making for my nearly 4 yo grandaughter and the new baby , due in 4 weeks ,first huh?Just not enough hours in the day are there? :hook

Thanks Shell , lol , I am starting to think that I might be A.D.D.:eek LOL .
:think Goofy , have you had any luck finding any patterns yet? I am sure there are others out there looking for the same sorta things too . Lets face it , finding patterns suitable for boys AND men for that matter , is very hard . Especially if you want something other than jumpers and beanies . Please post if you do . I am still looking also . ;)
