Thanks, I was pleased that my aunt like it, I think she has put it away now, but it is a one off original of mine....lol There was no pattern to the beading either, I just followed something that felt right at the time, and I am pleased with the way it turned out.

they were some cheap wooden beads I picked up.

Very cute!. They remind me of what the Japanese call "cafe style" crocheted items (I own a couple of books on it that I adore). The beads really add an interesting touch.
