Great Aunt Ginny's comfortghan

Hi all. We have just found out that my Great Auntie has cancer (again) She has it in her lungs and liver. We have been taking her to the doctor for the past 2 months and they have told her everything from a cold to infection to ashma and she was not getting any better so they thought maybe they better do a CAT scan..and they found the cancer. In the last 5 years she has also had breast cancer 3 times...finally removed both and that was gone. Here we are again. She lives in North Idaho and the winters get really cold and snowy. I was thinking of making her a "ghan with squares. maybe 12 in squares. I am not picky about color or pattern. I was just thinking about using worsted weight, and left over scraps you have laying around. I know it is so close to the holidays and everyone is busy with things but if you could find it in your heart, it would be greatly thanked. Also if you have left over scraps I will take those and make squares. Prayers are also needed.

Thank you All for helping me with the squares. I was so excited to get them and get them together. I was on my way to deliver the 'ghan this weekend and my mom called me to tell me Aunt Ginnie passed away. (Friday afternoon) (was going to make the drive Friday evening) So I have this 'ghan that needs a good home. I would love to donate it. Any ideas?
