premie hat pattern

I'm looking for a cute, premie hat pattern. My niece is going to be having a baby in a month, and they have told her that the baby is under size. I'd love something that starts out with a flower at the crown. or, something that starts out like a granny square.....

Try this one. It is and adult hat pattern but if you go down to a g or h hook and use a thinner yarn than ww It works up as aprox a 0-3 month hat. It also depends upon how tight you crochet
