Anyone have or know of a pattern that mimics the celtic look? I love celtic things but don't believe I've ever seen an afghan done in a desig that looked celtic with different colors making the design or a raised pattern?

oooohhh I have a link for you. I've been planning to do a celtic ghan out of one of These (http://www.chezcrochet.com/page0037.html) probably the triangle one. I've made a few of each and personally like the triangle best, probably because I have a thing for three's lol.

I've got a ton of projects in the works right now, but thank you guys for the inspiration! My husband loves all things celtic and I love the ones you posted Marvie!

Can't wait to do an afghan with the square one in dh's favorite colors <img border=0 src="http://img28.photobucket.com/albums/v84/crochetville/yay.gif" />

Oh, thanks Marvie! I love the triangle triad one! I, too, have a "thing" for all things celtic, the number 3, and triads. I have some natural colored WW baby alpaca yarn I just might try to figure out how to make a scarf out of triangles, LOL!

Ooooh Kelly, that's a great idea! I've made a few of the triangles, and I'd think two long rows would make a great scarf!
