Knitted Ballet Slippers-adorable

Hello ladies! :)h

I don't know how to knit, but I was at my local bookstore and found this book, linked below. One the cover is a pair of amazing ballet slippers made in the ribbon yarn. I was wondering if anyone had a similar crochet pattern? This project would be easy to pack on the airplane!!!

Thanks!! I ordered the Interweave Crochet book a few days ago...hoping to pack it on the plane for a look. I'm so excited that there is going to be a similar pattern in this book :D Going to have to get some ribbon yarn to pack as well!
