I don't have any pattern links, but I can recommend a book: 63 Crochet Cable Stitches by Leisure Arts. Lots of beautiful cables!

thank you very much your links have given me plenty to work on. wish me luck and you may see finished items on the boards (some time in the future, no pressure).
