Hello all,
I gave up on the vintage pattern Chanel-style suit. I found too many discrepancies in the pattern. I am on the hunt, through our library system, to find the original pattern book. I'll need a picture.
In the meantime, I found a wonderful, SIMPLE, pattern of a Chanel-style suit. The book "Beautiful Crocheted Sweaters" by Patricia Bevans has a beautiful example and many other wonderful sweaters.
Any of you that are looking for a women's Fisherman's style sweater should find the book "Crochet with Style" by Melissa Leapman. I found the book at my local library. I have made the men's Fisherman's style sweater out there on the internet and I loved it so much I'll make one for myself.
