I am looking for the free form crochet purse which uses a latch hook material base. Any thoughts were I can find it?

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for. If you want a base onto which you can attach freeform, check out these mesh pouches at Barnes & Noble.

I'm not sure how large the mesh is, but they would make a good base for a purse... and, they already have a zipper closing.

a purse that uses latch hook mesh fabric. The pattern is crocheted with a single crochet stitch in the mesh in random pattern with several different varieties of yarn.

I don't know how the mesh fabric was put together to make the purse.

Wish I had looked at it more carefully.

Thanks for the Barnes and Noble suggestion

this sounds something like the wiggly crochet that is being made. it is made on a base that looks something like a grid, Found a llink to make a hot pad. The grid is them crocheted on in a patern that looks like wiggles when you are done.
