Pinecone lace curtains

Does anyone know of a pattern for something like this (http://nationalwildlife.stores.yahoo.net/402320.html)? I’d love to be able to make some for my mom, but I haven’t been able to find a pattern. :(

I don't recall any off hand.
You can go through here and see if there is something close:

Then you can add a filet pinecone edging to it.
You can make your own graph here:

You can also just graph out the entire thing if you want the pinecones in the curtain itself.
