Percent Bars

I saw the percent bars on some of your blogs and I went to Anna Knits but I can not for the life of me figure out how to use the flash file or get it on my site. Does anyone know how to explain it to me? Thanks! Sutty:bang

Thanks Rebecca I just may have to do without them. My husband can fix everything but not to computer savvy, lol!

You have to upload the flash file to your site just like you would a picture.

Then follow the directions that are shown at Anna Knits Free Blog Stuff (http://annamation.ca/annaknits/freeblogstuff.php).

If you don't have a way to upload, she says on her site that she has a pnavy account to hold the .swf file for everyone to use so you don't have to upload or download. That is on the same page. All you have to do is copy and paste the code she has for you there and change the percentage and color to your liking. This code is under the first code she gives for the percent bars.

I am not really sure what you are confused about. But, hopefully, I can help in some way. :sweat

Think of it like you are uploading a picture. Upload the flash file to where you store your files on the internet. The same way you upload your pictures or other files.

If you don't want to upload it or know how or where to upload it to, use the code she provided for everyone to use where you don't have to upload anything.

I appreciate your help I went and added the new HTML from her pnavy account but where do I get the color codes from and it does't actually outline the percent bar but puts it there. I may just give up. The flash file is a swf file and my websites do not accept these kind of files they except the html.:bang oh never mind to much trouble.
