I've finished the Australian flag bag.

I used a flag chart from a beading website. But even that wasn't all the way right. So I fixed it up and added it to my Flag Bag Chart page.

Flag Bag Charts (http://www.geocities.com/quibblerscribbler/Flag_Bags_Charts.html)

There is two red ties in the middle. You tie them up like a bow to close the bag. It makes it look cute.

All the other bags are in this post
http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=33298&highlight=flag+bags

but I didn't want to have to bump up the post all over again.

Hope it looks ok. The stars were difficult since they had to be graphed. They all should have the proper number of points. And the one under the Union Jack is largest. I hope I got the Union Jack part right this time!!! :xfin

More pics and stuff in my blog below.

The bags are really nice but WOW that shield afghan is a real work of art!! I'm not sure how far I would have gotten on that project before I poked out my eyeballs with the crochet hook and called it a day. :yes
