Lacy Shells poncho's

Being surrounded by all these boys gives me little opportunity to make girly, frilly things. I've been just dying to try one of 'Chelle's lacy poncho's so I made the bright pink one for my neices little daughter. I enjoyed making that one so much that I made one for my neighbor's little toddler and am in the process of making a third for my neighbor's 5 year old. What a simple and lovely pattern.

I feel your pain of having no little girls to crochet for. I have made my niece the poncho, my co-workers daughter and now I am looking for others. We went 17 years with only girls and now all we get are boys :( -- Lucy
