phentex minute crochet slippers

hello, im looking for this old pattern from phentex minute crochet slippers.
i have a friend that is dying and all he is aksing for are these slippers so i badly want to get the pattern and make them for him for xmas... pls if anyone out there knows of where i can get this pattern, or has an original you can give or sell to me, pls let me know. thank you all so much and god bless.

It appears that these may have come in kits. I found this one with a picture on ebay although I could not found any currently for sale.

the item on ebay does not look like it sold . contact the seller and see if they still have it and will sell it to you on buy it now feature? worth a shot

I saw Phentex yarn with the pattern for these slippers right on them just this week at Len's Mill Store. The link to the store is http://www.lensmill.com/yarn.htm The store is located in Ontario and they distribute yarn by buying it in bulk and making skeins which they sell. On the site,when you scroll down and click on Phentex link on the left it takes you to another page and directs you to Bernat? Hope this helps.
