I am looking for a pet bed and cannot seem to find one. I'm thinking of one of those beds thats oval shaped and the front of it has a little opening and then you put a pillow or pad inside. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
I know I have seen them before but cannot find it at all. I think it may have even been in a Crochet World or Crochet Magazine but I am not sure. Any idea what I'm talking about????? If you know the actual magazine issue it's in, I'd be appreciative! If it's free, all the better! I'll pay for it if it's for sale, I just need one!!!!

I also have an old Annie's Attic booklet
"Annie's Pattern Club"...number 18 The Dec-Jan issue from 1983....
there is a couple sitting on a sled in the snow with many crocheted projects in front of them.
In this issue is a pet bed that uses a four ply yarn and has the pattern for the interior pillow as well. There is a cat sleeping in it, it is a bit small but I am sure that you could make it bigger if you had to.

Thanks for the pattern link! I have a year old German shepherd pup who has begun his 2nd chewing phase - which I know, from experience, can last another year or two!! I don't think he can destroy these mats as he did other bedding...maybe:P
