Cowboy Boot Slippers

I'd like to make cowboy boot slippers for my grandson and son in law. Does anyone know of a site that has some? I would also like to buy or trade for Annie's Attic Big Foot Boutique that is oop. I checked at Ebay. They had some before but they have been sold. It has several different pairs in it that I'd like to make.

There is a book called Annie's Attic Big Foot Boutique Crochet Patterns that has cowboy boots in it. Don't know what size though. Hope this helps.
