Not to be difficult but that hardly requires a pattern to make.
if you've done a granny square, you have the technology you need for this.

It's too bad all my books are packed and at my new place already, or else I'd be able to help you more. But in the 200 Crochet Blocks book there is a granny square pattern that looks like that, all you'd have to do is make it bigger and then crochet a border on it when you're done.
