Shirt collar edging?

I'm looking for a pattern for an elegant, lacy shirt edging; the kind of thing you'd sew onto a v-neck tank, for instance, to turn it into a really nice shirt. Any ideas? Free patterns are okay, but I'd be happy to buy one, too. :) Thanks!

there is a pattern set at www.crochetgarden.com for kids t's, but they'd be easily adaptable to larger t's. otherwise, check out the edgings at www.crochetpatterncentral.com until you findone you like. the ones that can bo worked side ways would be better suited if you want to just make it the length you need then sew it on. if you make one lengthways it is often tricky to get the multiples right
