Christmas Tree Pattern

Hi, I'm searching for a pattern for a christmas tree. It is done in a sucession of stars. Starting at bottom with large star and getting smaller. These stars are centered on a dowel rod that is centered in a wooden block. I had this pattern
but can't find it anywhere and would love to have it back again. Thanks for any help you can provide.
