i've been working on this in between projects for other people, a little something for me! it's based on the 'hugs and kisses' pattern from the 'blue ribbon afghans..' book. it took me 3 or 4 skeins of Red Heart 'ocean' to make it. i absolutley love this colorway. i was so excited when i saw it at the store, i bought up a bunch and started this lapghan a couple months ago. and here it is!

i just added more of the crossed rows to give it a more open feel.

and i only put the fringe along one of the long sides to give it a little more length and i ran out of yarn!

I'm with you on those colors - they're fabulous! And that lapghan looks lovely, good for snuggling up. I really want to make me one, for these long sessions on the computer, my legs get so cold sometimes!
