Amigurumi Toy Patterns

I'm looking for really basic, easy Amigurumi patterns to try out. I'm really new to crochet and thought that these would be great to start off with. I found some patterns at http://www.clover.co.jp/kyan/knit/amigurumi.shtml if anyone has them translated to English it would be greatly appreciated as I find it difficult to understand the diagrams and of course it is entirely in Japanese. I think they are all just the cutest little animals ever.

I am preferably looking for free patterns.
