Hello all...last week I visited this site looking for one pattern when I came across a beautiful scarf pattern. I made one and now have misplaced the pattern. All I remember is that first you make a chain of a multiple of 3 + 1 then I forgot what to do next. After that, you chain 3, 1dc, 1sc. Then its 2dc, ch2,1sc to finish the pattern. If anyone knows what the 2nd row is or who sent the pattern please let me know. I really would like to make another one. I remember that the person who shared the pattern, had a picture of a white one, I believe eas made for a child. It also had a stitch name I never heard of before, and of course can't remember the name. Please HELP, Christmas is only 2 days away:eek

I have no idea what scarf it is, but have you tried looking in all the different sections? Was it an 'Original Pattern' (try looking in that section)? Or did you try looking in accesories? At the top right in the tool bar (?) there is a 'Search' link. click on it and you can type in 'scarf' and it will pull up all the threads in that section with a scarf or the word scarf even...

Hope that helps.

These are most of the scarves from last month that were posted in Crochetville that were either white, off white ; made for a young girl or in a sort of mutple of three and then do a single crochet pattern that you described....I hope I dug it up for you.....

Didn't Woven N' Spun have a light blue lacy scarf that was beautiful? I can't seem to find the pattern on her site any more.

BTW....anyone hear from Woven N' Spun? I haven't seen her post in the longest time. Was she one of the members who left a while back?

Happy Holidays to all!

I think I found your scarf pattern, is it the scarf that is on Cuddlefish's pattern page? You have to scroll down a bit to find it.....I hope this is it, better late than never!

Hey Debbie,

That looks very similar to the one I lost. It was not on the cuddlefish page. It was on a blog on this website and the person had a picture and just typed the directions on the blog itself. It was a 3 +1 combination then something, the 1dc, ch1, 1sc, 2dc, ch2, 1sc. THanks ---Jeannie ---

SCARF

Thanks to all who helped my Scarf Search. I found the pattern behind the seat cushion in my sofa. If you'd like to try it here it is. It is called the Paris Stitch and I believe Tiffany posted it.

Ch13 (a multiple of 3+1)
Row 1: 1 dc in 4th ch from hook, ch 2, 1sc in same ch as last dc, *skip 2 ch, [2dc, ch2, 1sc] in next ch, repeat from * to end, turn.
Row 2: Ch 3, skip first sc, [dc, ch1,sc] in first ch2 sp, *skip[2dc and 1sc], [2dc, ch2, 1sc] in next ch 2 sp, repeat from * to end, turn.

Repeat Row 2 for legnth of pattern
