Hi All!

I made Chelle's Lacy Shells Poncho for my niece Emilie and a matching poncho for her Cabbage Patch doll, modelled by my Emily.

Isn't she adorable? I can't wait to see how it looks on my niece. Her birthday is at the beginning of next month so I need to send this out this week. :)

Beautiful. That row of verigated yarn changes the whole look of the poncho.

Anna that's precious! And she's going to love having a matching one for her doll =) I did that for my friend's daughter with hats at christmas and she was tickled pink =)

When I put the doll poncho on my Emily, I was just so thrilled with myself. :) I hope my niece gets half as much joy out of the two ponchos as I did making them. :)h

very pretty!! The doll sized one was a TERRIFIC idea! (although tahra isn't into dolls, so I guess her's won't be getting one)

I did the matching thing too sort of. Had to make a cape for my daughter's doll, just wasn't fitting right as a poncho. Also ended up doing a different stitch but it's the same yarn and color so they look cute.

LOve them! My daughter was so thrilled to have a poncho that I whiped up for her bitty baby, that she asked me to make one for her that matched the DOLL! Little girls are so funny!
BTW I have the same desk chair!
