Which would be an easy blog site to use, free, with a variety of different options for beginners?

I use Blogger (http://blogger.com/) and I like it. Other sites include Diary-X (http://www.diary-x.com/), Diaryland (http://www.diaryland.com/), and TypePad (http://typepad.com/). It is personal preference. Just surf around and see what you like. Not all are free.
