i've decided to overlook the knitter's curse and crochet some handwarmers for a boy (well, man) i've started seeing at his request. the pattern i use is easy and quick, but i've only made handwarmers for girls.
does anyone have a "tough" handwarmer pattern that wouldn't be too fey for a man? or, because he asked for them, should i throw all caution to the wind and go with what i have (a v. basic half-double stich in the front loops on even rows and back loops on odd rows to make a stretchy rectangle i whipstitch closed).
thanks!
