Turtleneck sweater poncho

I have been asked to make a long sleeved sweater poncho with a turtleneck. The lady who wants it has one she has had for a long time (it's knit), but I am not advanced enough to copy what she has or translate knit to crochet. Does anyone know where I can find a pattern for such a garment?

I made this Fast, Fab poncho (http://crochetcurbsidecouture.blogspot.com/2005/09/new-creation.html) last year out of Chenille (my picture here (http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5800/2223/1600/FastFabPoncho.jpg)). It was VERY fast and so cute. Even my teenagers were eyeing it ..
