I finished a sock earlier this week in KPPPM, which was heavenly to make socks from.

However, as always, I get bored with it and never feel like finishing the second of the pair. If you knew how many single, mate-less socks and mittens and gloves I have around here...

I do have the mate to this KPPPM sock started, in addition to two other socks started (plus a ripple baby afghan and a pillow cover and a bunch of spinning and ... you know the drill) and it's all making me a little insane!

I'm guessing I'm not the only one? :)

Sometimes, if I'm working on creating a pattern, I'll use cheap yarn and make only one slipper or glove! Then I'll switch to really cool yarn to make the full project.

So, you can say I have lots of mateless pairs of things, too.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v478/SamplerLady/mmouseplus.gifLet's see...there are identical twins, fraternal twins and siblings.

Sooooo who says socks have to match! The closest I've done are fraternal socks. But I'd do siblings or even cousins....

All these fashion rules about matching socks and such. Bah!!!! :D
