Ok, I finally got around to transcribing my pattern from a sheet of paper onto my computer and then up onto my website, so if you want to make your very own heart you should be able to get it there. Since I am the only one who has made this bookmark it makes sense to me but I have not tried to share a pattern that I have written down before so hopefully it is clear.
