ISO policeman doll & afgan pattern

Does anyone know of a pattern for a policeman doll or bear or something like that in crochet? My brother is a policeman and I know he'd really like something like that. Also, what about an afgan?

I have that pattern too - and it's in the same series as the fireman bear. I've made the fireman but not the police one yet. The fireman was fairly easy.
