Ripple Pillow Pattern

I need to know if anyone knows where i can find a free pillow pattern in a ripple design or even if it's possible with a square pillow.

I have yet to try a ripple personally, but would modifying a ripple dishcloth pattern work? I remember seeing several free ones online that maybe you could double the starting chain and continue until it is your needed length?
