Free Form Guitar?

Anyone have any ideas how i could possibly make a free form scrumble guitar? My boyfriend is opening up a guitar coffee shop in madison and i was wanting to make him 3 art pieces in free form and one idea i had was a guitar HELP!! i want to do it to look like a stratocaster guitar as those are his faveorites!!

hmmm... that sounds really cool :D
maybe u could do a cardboard cut out of the shape of it... then make pieces to fit? u know how people make slipper soles and hat brims.. that way you could have a non-floppy cool guitar thats flat so u could hang it up or prop it somewheres

thats a great idea lil thanks! I was just thinking how cool and how origional it would be for him to have free form crocheted guitars hanging above the coffee bar next to a show quaility stratocaster guitar... my bfs been planning this shop for 3 months now i'll be posting pictures of his shop once it is up and running
